Degree/ Diploma in product Tool Designs with some years of experience in Product Engineering/ AutoCAD. 4-8 yrs exp

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· PFD
· Tooling list & co-ordination
· Establish process for New / Existing products.
· Multi cavity PPAP.
· Process change / Improvements
· Input and development of control plan
· Process control work instructions.
· Process data for cost
· Input for New Process Requirements.
· Engineering support to Vendors
· Establish Process Time
· New equipment development
· Machinery trials & validation
· New Products trial
· Inputs to technical feasibility
