Job Profile:

• Conceptualizing New Machining Process
• Line Balance
• Process PlanningCycle Time & Capacity Planning
• Cpaex, assets Management.
• Interfacing with PE, Shop Ops & other relevant Dept for implementation of changes in the drawings.
• Preparing project Plans based on target dates & activities Meeting Project deadlines
• Preparing RFQs & RFA
• Approving DAPs of machinesAcceptance & Run offs of Machines
• Installation & Commissioning of machines
• Preparation of Process documents including graphics based on NEBS, FMEAs
• Line Balance Cycle time planning Capacity planning.
• Making Justifications, Selection of Machines, Comparison of Machines and equipment etc

Candidate Profile:

• B.E/B.tech in any Discipline with 5– 8 years exp in Automobile sector related to engines
