Job Profile:

• Working Knowledge in Assembly
• Production management
• Knowledge of engines
• Engine Assembly or vehicle assembly.
• Line balance and cycle time.
• Knowledge of TPM, VMC etc…
• Working knowledge of Cylindrical Head, Block, crank and Conrod etc…
• Responsible for Production Management, Production Improvement Plans and Implementation.
• Strong emphasis to enhance Quality Assurance and Product Reliability.
• SPC interpretation and related improvements.
• Implementation of TPM Pillar (KK, JH, QM, SHE, DM…)
• Maintaining the Machines, Equipments through Concepts of TPM like JH, 5S, CBM & TBM.
• Knowledge of 7QC tools / Six Sigma Awareness.

Candidate Profile:

• BE /B.Tech with 4-8 yrs Experience / Diploma in Mechanical with 7 to 10 yrs.
