Job Profile:
- Facilitate production activities and painting in the paint shop as part of Assembly Test & Paint BU
- Preventive Maintenance planning and Adherence
- Breakdown Maintenance of the Overhead Monorail Conveyor and Power and Free paint Conveyor
- Spare Parts Planning and Identification with the Machine.
- Trouble Shooting of Multi Spindle DC Nut Runners
- Maintenance of CNC Controlled Machines (2 Axes)
Competencies:
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process, components, engine interface etc
- Acquaintance to Siemens & Honeywell PLCs
- Awareness DC Nut Runner Systems (BOSCH & CP)
- Knowledge on painting Process and SCADA and MMI packages
