Responsibilities:
Managing the Plant Engineering Teams for Moulding and Sand Plant Groups in Bangalore
Identifying & allocating resources for the Engineering activities based on the customer orders & expectations
Implement the migration towards CATIA & Solidworks and also towards PDM software
Ensure that the “DISA way” being best practice, will be ensured in own department
Increase Moulding & Sand Plant know how in own department
Drive focus towards “first time right” design outputs and create a culture towards self-correcting & learning design organization.
Responsibility/team work:
To manage Design Groups & Managers for the Moulding & Sand Plant products
To co-ordinate with the Marketing, Production & Supply Chain teams in meeting the projected business plans
To co-ordinate with R&D activities for early alignment with the Plant Engineering team
