Key Purpose Of The Job
Lead and guide production line workmen to achieve manufacturing goals/objectives with optimum utilization of the resources.

Profile Of The Job Holder
Bachelor of Engineering or a technical diploma
Around 3-4 Years of shop-floor experience with 2 years of experience in manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Engage in SPC interpretation and related improvements
Resetting & resolve process problems
Production deliveries schedule control, channel efficiency improvement activities, shift Management, resource allocation, manning.
Ensure establishment of new machines
Monitor cycle time optimization efficiency and improve performance of bottleneck m/c
Provide on-the-job training to personnel and map/monitor skill matrix
Maintain daily pull system - buffer management
Provide counseling for workmen behavior & work related matters
Create TQM environment, shop-floor discipline and house keeping.
Maintain material requirements and follow up with respective departments
