Sr. Engineer / Assistant manager- Quality
Location: Gurgaon

Responsible for all the quality related activities including customer interaction.
Monitoring PPM level (Customer End, In-house & Supplier)
Monitoring Supplier Quality & System development process.
Warranty failure analysis & resolving them from manufacturing aspect.
Quality audit including product quality, process quality & Monitor cost of quality.
Part of new product development team / new Product quality.
Attending Field quality Problems
Knowledge of Standard room & Calibration
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 5 years of experience or DME with 6 to 8 years of experience.
Excellent exposure towards auto component /automobile industry.
Well verse with all the TQM, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools.
Familiar with SPC, SQC Techniques.
In depth knowledge of quality Systems like TS 16949
Problem Solving skills Statistical & Analytical skills
Visual control charts & systems knowledge
